How to use the product

How to put on the Actimove Everyday Supports Back Support with High Density Foam Panel: wrap the support around your waist and secure the belts
Unfasten all hook-and-loop closures. Wrap the product around your waist and position it at the height of your hip bones with the care label facing upwards. The pressure pads should be positioned on both sides of your spine. Slide your hands into the finger pockets of the main belt and close it at the front with the desired tension. Then, slide your fingers through the finger loops of the two smaller belts (one on each side). Pull them towards the sides, then to the front and secure them with the hooks on the main belt for double-layer compression. Adjust the level of support by tightening or loosening the double-layer compression belts.

How to care for your product

Close all straps before washing. You can hand or machine wash the Actimove Everyday Supports Back Support using a gentle wash cycle (at 40°C/105°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
